*Kenmau Ltd. charges a percentage of the rental monthly income – determined on information provided in this form and property visit. In addition, the owner agrees to pay Kenmau Ltd $ (Up to 1 month fee) every time the residential unit is leased (Minimum 1 year lease). A minimal, non-refundable deposit fee (determined on provided information) may be required at contract signing. However, the deposit will be subtracted from Kenmau Ltd.’s first bill upon rental.
